BADdft2

The links on the right page contain examples of simulations for 1D, 2D and 3D fields with and without memory traces ("Matlab scripts" link). These scripts are based on the implementations created by Sebastian Schneegans during the DFT summer schools. They create exactly the same output that the configuration files within badDFT2 / tester / confFiles will create in C++.

The user defines within the scripts the different parameters for kernels and fields plus thenumber of time steps the simulation will run. There is also a Matlab GUI (dft_online.m) which allows the user to run an endless simulation of 1D fields.


Matlab scripts	BADdft2 MEX

The "BADdft2 MEX" scripts was developed by Serge Thill (contact details and instructions inside the README file) and contain a Matlab class for connecting the BADdft2 library to Matlab, thus allowing a faster computation of whatever configuration of dynamic field networks you want to create and visualize in Matlab.
