Esmeraldas

Esmeraldas is the name of the capital of the canton and province of the same name, here I was born. Located in the north coast of Ecuador, my province is blessed with beautiful beaches, virgin forests, a rich multi-ethnic and pluri-cultural society, delicious food, always happy and dancing people, marimba, hundreds of tropical fruits, and in general a very rich flora and fauna.

Some of the things I miss most from Esmeraldas: those amazing and undescriptable sunsets, unlimited amount of green bananas, oranges, grapefruits, its cuisine, and of course my family and friends.
